These terms govern your access to the Canscierge platform, including Right Move daily guidance, affiliate recommendations, and engagement communications.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
Canscierge services are intended for adults coordinating cancer care. By creating an account, you confirm you have authority to manage care plans and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at support@canscierge.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Services & Communications
Canscierge delivers educational content, reminder streaks, and affiliate product recommendations. We do not provide medical advice. Always consult licensed clinicians before making treatment decisions.
Email & SMS Notifications
By opting in, you authorize us to send transactional emails and text messages about Right Move progress, engagement streaks, and affiliate updates. Message frequency is limited to one per day unless otherwise stated. Reply STOP to any SMS to unsubscribe or email support@canscierge.com.
We may adjust message schedules or content to maintain compliance with carrier or legal requirements. We will provide notice before materially changing engagement programs.
3. Affiliate Disclosures
Recommended products may include affiliate links. Canscierge may receive compensation when you purchase through these links. We only feature partners aligned with supportive care and disclose affiliate relationships on the Affiliate Store page and within outbound messaging where required.
4. User Conduct
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the platform.
- Do not upload content that violates privacy, intellectual property, or applicable laws.
- Respect opt-in/opt-out preferences for communications.
5. Disclaimers & Liability
Canscierge is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for treatment outcomes or decisions made based on our content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the prior 12 months.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
6. Updates
We may update these terms to reflect new features or legal requirements. When updates are material, we will notify you via email or dashboard banner. Continued use of Canscierge after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
